Refund & Return Policy
At Astra Athletic Performance, we strive to provide high-quality track & field training equipment, including our Activator Belt (8-band sprint resistance waist belt). Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. No Refund or Return for Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size selection, or any other discretionary reasons.
Once your order is placed and shipped, the sale is considered final.
We do not accept returns under any 7-day, 14-day, or other cooling-off period.
2. Defective or Incorrect Items
If the product you receive is defective, damaged during shipping, not as described, or different from what you ordered, we will handle it on a case-by-case basis.
Please contact us within 3 business days of receiving the item via email at astraperformancestore@gmail.com with the following:
• Your order number
• Clear photos or videos showing the issue
• Detailed description of the problem
We will review your case and may, at our sole discretion:
• Offer a replacement (subject to stock availability), or
• Issue a partial or full refund (excluding original shipping fees and any import taxes/duties).
All defective claims are subject to our inspection upon return. Return shipping costs will generally be borne by the buyer unless we agree otherwise in writing.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable (except in cases of clear manufacturing defects):
• Any used, worn, or stretched resistance bands
• Items without original packaging, tags, or missing accessories
• Products that have been opened, assembled, or used for training
• Custom or personalised orders (if applicable)
4. Return Process (Only for Approved Defective Claims)
4.1. Contact us within 3 business days at astraperformancestore@gmail.com with supporting evidence.
4.2. Wait for our approval and return instructions (Hong Kong address).
4.3. Ship the item back using a trackable courier service.
4.4. After we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you of the outcome within 5- 7 business days.
We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet the above conditions or shows signs of misuse.
5. Refunds (If Approved)
• Refunds, when granted, will be issued to the original payment method via Stripe.
• Processing time is usually 7-14 business days after approval and receipt of the returned item.
• Original shipping fees, customs duties, taxes, and handling charges are non-refundable.
• We do not refund any costs incurred by the buyer for international shipping or import fees.
6. Important Notes
• Goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and match the description. If they are not, you may have statutory rights to reject the goods.
• For international customers, please note that return shipping to Hong Kong can be expensive. We strongly recommend reviewing product images, descriptions, and specifications carefully before purchasing.
• We may update this policy from time to time. The version posted on our website at the time of your purchase applies.
